When starting a blog, it is discouraging when there is no participation occurring in your posts by your readers. Actually there are some simple changes you can implement in order to give your readers that extra incentive to provide their own input on a topic. Here are a few simple ideas to get you started:

• You must make it easy for your readers to comment on your blog posts. If your blog requires user registration, that will simply prevent readers from commenting your blog at all. There is no need to make it too difficult to comment on your blog. Let your readers have their say.
